THAI BOXING
Through the teachings of Ajan Surachai Sirisute, we utilize the form of Thai Boxing. As a Fitness tool and method of learning how to use one's attributes (Kicks, Punches, Knees and Elbows), along with clinch techniques. Taught alongside the Traditional Thai Dance, The “Wai Kru” pays respect to the art and its ancestors, along with accustoming the student to the basic movements found in Thai Boxing.
